fun to share with our little ones!

New Parent,
New Baby Course
This 6 week course is based on the Five to Thrive approach it will help you understand how amazing your baby’s brain is & what a difference your actions, & the relationship
you have with your baby, has
on your baby’s brain development. Just as we are advised to eat five a day to keep our bodies healthy, the Five to Thrive approach promotes the five building blocks for healthy brain development - Respond - Cuddle - Relax - Play - Talk
Each week we explore how
each of these building blocks
will help you to form a positive attachment & bond with your baby & support healthy brain development.
